What you’ll see
Parata Grande, Cala Pascone, Cala Nave, Punta dell’Arco, Cala Battaglia are some of the coves that you will visit as well as the cave of Regina Giovanna, a tuff pool where it is said that the Roman queens bathed.
You will also visit the wonderful Roman port, also called Porto Vecchio, a pecularia docking place resulting from the excavations that the Romans carried out when the island was their colony. Here it will be possible to stop and go ashore to admire the colorful houses near the port, the restaurants and the small local shops.
Finally, on the nearby island of S. Stefano, you will admire its unique and impressive building: the historic Bourbon prison.
